Female power at diffferent: Two business units under new management
From the management of 'Zum goldenen Hirschen' to diffferent: With Jasmin Seitel, the strategy consultancy diffferent gains a real high-caliber talent. At the same time, Lea-Sophie Karle is promoted from within the company.
The strategy consultancy for new growth, diffferent, is strengthening its two business areas Brand Strategy & Management and Strategic Innovation & Foresight with two female Business Partners.
Jasmin Seitel, an experienced brand strategist with management expertise, is coming on board as Business Partner Brand Strategy & Management and will be responsible for expanding the brand strategy business area at diffferent. Seitel comes from 'Zum goldenen Hirschen', where she worked for almost seven years - most recently as Managing Director for Consulting and Client Service for clients such as ALDI, Geers and Payback in Munich. Before that, she was responsible for MediaMarktSaturn as Management Supervisor. “I know the market and the challenges faced by CMOs and brand managers very well thanks to my many years of experience. After many years in the creative industry, I am now looking forward to focusing on brand strategies,” says Jasmin Seitel about her new role and place of work. Other stations in her professional career include Heye and the Serviceplan Group.
The Strategic Innovation & Foresight division is also gaining female reinforcement at management level - from within its own ranks: Lea-Sophie Karle is the new Business Partner with immediate effect. Together with Jean Boucsein, she will expand diffferent's consulting services in the areas of innovation and foresight. Karle has been working for diffferent since the beginning of 2023. Before joining the strategy consultancy, she worked for JESTER, a strategic partner at McKinsey, and for Jung von Matt for several years. At the beginning of her career, she launched an innovative mobility project in India. In addition to her work at diffferent, Karle is dedicated to the natural fertilizer start-up NADU, which she founded.
“We are delighted to welcome Jasmin Seitel and Lea-Sophie Karle as new business partners to our management team. Jasmin's many years of expertise in brand strategy and management as well as Lea's entrepreneurial spirit and her practical perspective on innovation will bring a breath of fresh air to our business areas. Both will provide our customers with new impetus and valuable business opportunities for new growth. Together, we will develop innovative solutions for the challenges of tomorrow,” says diffferent Managing Director Paul End.
