New business after winning pitch: car manufacturer NIO goes for diffferent

Berlin, November 8, 2022 - Strategy consultancy diffferent is supporting and advising Nio, the internationally active company for intelligent premium electric vehicles, on its market entry in Germany. In a pitch, diffferent secured the new business for the car manufacturer, which recently presented its vehicles at a launch event in Berlin to mark the brand's launch in Germany.

diffferent's mandate with NIO includes defining the strategic framework for a successful market launch and developing the car manufacturer's brand target group in Germany. Another part of diffferent's mandate is to adapt NIO's community strategy, which has already been successful in China and Norway, to the German market, while retaining the original marketing approach as far as possible.
