Business expansion: AI future scenarios for Techniker Krankenkasse
Artificial intelligence (AI) is currently fundamentally changing marketing - including at Germany's largest health insurance company, Techniker Krankenkasse (TK). TK is now seeking support for its AI transformation from diffferent, a strategy consultancy for new growth. TK is thus setting the course for integrating artificial intelligence into its own marketing activities.
As a strategic basis, diffferent's strategists and consultants work with the TK management team to develop four future scenarios for marketing with AI. The transformation process designed by diffferent is based on a holistic approach that combines the findings from a foresight process methodology with strategy and organizational development. In this way, various relevant fields of action are defined and a concrete transformation roadmap with directly implementable measures is designed.
"TK has always positioned itself as a driving force for innovative healthcare solutions. The AI initiative developed together with diffferent underlines this claim - and enables our management team to actively shape the change in marketing with a clear vision of the future and concrete measures," says Andreas Bündert, Head of Marketing at TK.
Paul End, Managing Director of diffferent, adds: "AI only unfolds its potential if companies proactively manage change. With a clear vision of the future, strategic ambition and strong leadership, technology can be turned into new growth. This is precisely the path the TK management team has taken with this initiative - determined, forward-looking, together."
diffferent has been working for Techniker Krankenkasse since 2014 and is further expanding its mandate with Germany's largest health insurance company with this project.
