From B2B to B2C: diffferent accompanies Solarwatt on its way to the consumer
Berlin, October 12, 2021- In future, the photovoltaic manufacturer Solarwatt will also be targeting end customers and repositioning itself accordingly. The Dresden-based company is receiving strategic and communications advice on this move from diffferent, the strategy consultancy for new growth.
For the strategic realignment and the changed business strategy, diffferent's consultants worked with the client to set up and launch the brand for the B2C sector. diffferent was also responsible for the entire process - from the idea at Solarwatt and a new structure of the product portfolio to implementation and go-to-market.
Furthermore, the strategy experts developed a communication concept and founded a so-called content house for the client, in which representatives from the creative communication, media and PR sectors are brought together to jointly develop content and formats for media campaigns and cross-media activities. Solarwatt's brand awareness will be the focus of future work. The Wiesbaden-based design agency Fuenfwerken is responsible for the new corporate identity of the manufacturer and supplier of photovoltaic systems in close cooperation with diffferent.
For diffferent, the repositioning of the Solarwatt brand in the B2C sector is the first visible project for the Dresden-based company.
