How do our customers position their brands for the future? In the Brand Building & Management skill hub, we make brands the central driver for new growth. To this end, we develop bold visions for the future and ensure that they are reflected in real proof points. We advise our clients on how to create new products and services based on the strength of the brand and evaluate the business impact of their brand work using smart target systems.

How do our customers align their product portfolio with their corporate goals and develop it strategically so that their organization remains fit for the future? Which relevant growth areas should they tap into? In the Business Strategy & Design skill hub, we focus on the development of economically resilient business and portfolio strategies and support our clients in the sustainable transformation of their business models.

How do we create customer relationships at eye level that make real change possible? What does strategy work and entrepreneurial action look like from a consistently systemic perspective? At the Skill Hub Consulting for New Growth, we focus on the further development of our consulting personalities. To this end, we focus on key meta-competencies such as attitude-centered consulting, systemic thinking and action and new leadership.

What do concepts for sustainable, human-centered and data-supported services look like? What aspects need to be considered when processing data responsibly? We are convinced that data is the key to building sustainable and user-centered strategies for companies. To this end, we make new growth measurable in the Skill Hub Data 2 Strategy and thus create a new basis for data-based decisions.

At the Foresight Hub, we explore futures, research trends from micro to mega and translate the findings into useful insights for the present. Among other things, we use methods from futurology and help our clients to gain a deeper understanding of future trends, current developments and the future of their own organization. Instead of predicting the future, we actively shape it and creatively integrate the knowledge gained into strategy projects.

In the Skill Hub Project & Program Management, we enable our teams to implement projects and programs more efficiently and successfully. We create security in planning as well as in the organizational and administrative implementation of small and large projects, thus creating space for excellence in terms of content.

In Skill Hub Research, we focus on distinguishing the relevant information from the less important and thus provide companies with the basis for making decisions on complex challenges. To do this, we use proven qualitative and quantitative research methods such as customer journey mapping, in-depth interviews and context-based field research. We support the development, implementation and communication of sustainability strategies, the empowerment of sustainability teams and the management of complexity. And if our clients are not yet able to assess their individual challenges, we help them to focus.
